Caleb J Phillips was born in Redding, California on April 28, 1991, to James Clement Phillips, a Business owner, and Tracey A Phillips, a home maker. At the age of seven Caleb created his first short film. From that day he knew making motion picture was his future. Caleb graduated from LAfilm school in 2014.
